Waterdance Spa Tub

This tub has airjets and chromatherapy which is an LED light. You can choose a color from the rainbow spectrum or choose one that changes automatically. There are four rooms at the inn that have the Waterdance tubs in their bathrooms, the Moroccan, Peacock, Greek and Aloha.

The rooms with shower bathrooms are the Iroquois, French and Oshun (African). These have aromatherapy steam and rain shower heads. Just add a drop or two of the essential oil and turn the unit on. After five minutes the shower steams up and is filled with the scent of the essential oil for a relaxing shower experience followed by the sensation of falling rain from a wide shower head.

The Zen room has an oversized European bathroom that is acecessible and also features a rain shower head.

Massages

Guests can request a massage and treatments at Topia inn that can be arranged in advance and sometimes during their stay. These include a per hour rate:

Deep Relaxing Massage – Various therapeutic modalities with pressure and trigger point as needed. This is both strengthening and relaxing.

Aroma Therapy Massage – Essential oils used for effecting the relaxation receptors for special needs of relaxation and healing with a light Swedish massage.

Hawaiian Stone Massage – Volcanic hot stones applied and used to massage away heavy tension and relieve sore muscles. An experience both grounding and blissful.

Thai Yoga Massage – A dynamic body therapy based on Yoga, Ayurveda, ad the Buddhist practice of Metta or Loving Kindness. A unique wellness system in that the practitioner guides the recipient through positions, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy lines and pressure points. Together these actions relieve muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically and spiritually

Acupressure with Tuning Forks. It is a well known fact that musical vibrations help clear blockages. Tuning forks are placed on Meridian points to  help restore the flow of energy through the organs of the body.

Bike Rentals

We have bikes available for the guests to use at a rate of $20 per day. The Ashuwillticook trail begins at the Visitor’s Bureau in Adams which is approximately 600 ft from the inn, passes directly behind the inn and goes by rivers, mountain views, a bird sanctuary and Cheshire Lake.
