Check In/Out and Breakfast Times
Self Check-in anytime after 3pm.  We will provide all the entry and room codes.
11:30a ~ check out             
8:30 to 10a ~ breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8:00a to 10a. 
Cancellation 7-day notice
If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, please give us seven (7) or more days’ notice. If we receive less than seven days’ notice, and we manage to rebook the room, we will refund the room charge.  If we do not manage to rebook the room, the guest is responsible for the total stay.  No shows are billed at the full reservation rate.

Eating in the dining room only
In order to protect the pure interior environment we have created intentionally to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we supply complimentary organic, nontoxic bath and care products in your room for your use.  We kindly ask you to use only these products during your stay and please leave them in the room when you check out.  If you require a product you do not find in our standard room setup, please ask our Innkeeper who has additional specialized products on site. We are sure to have something you can use.  If products that contain toxic ingredients are being used (this includes bug repellents), we reserve the right to remove the items temporarily from the room and will return these upon checkout.

There is no smoking at Topia Inn. Rooms are equipped with a smoke alarm and the inn is equipped with a sprinkler system. For fire safety reasons, we do not allow candles, incense or any other kind of open flame in the rooms.  If you need more ambiance, please ask about our LED candles.


To prevent pesticide residue and other pollutants from being tracked in from the outside, we ask our guests to remove their shoes at the door where we provide slippers to wear or booties that cover your shoes.

For natural pest control, eating is permitted in the living/dining room only.
Damages resulting from non-adherence to the above policy will be the guest’s responsibility. If any damage to the room or furnishings occurs by the guest during their stay, they are responsible for the replacement cost of the damaged item or items.

Pets
No pets.  As much as we love dogs, cats, and other pets, too many of our guests and staff have allergies that are adversely affected, so we cannot accommodate pets at the Inn. There are excellent pet boarding spas nearby so you may still be able to travel with your pet if you can lodge separately.
Occupancy
Double occupancy in all rooms except the Moroccan and Peacock room.

A third person will be charged $25 extra per night and includes breakfast.
