In order to ensure that the pure environment we worked so hard to create stays pure, we provide pure, nontoxic bath and bodycare products for you to use on a complimentary basis during your stay. Please leave these products in the room or replacement cost will be your responsibility.

If you require a product you do not find in our standard room setup, please ask our Innkeeper who has a full array of specialized products on site. We are sure to have something you can use. If you do bring products that contain toxic ingredients (this includes bug repellents), we reserve the right to remove the items from your room and will need to charge you replacement cost for our damaged furnishings which may include organic pillows, organic linens, organic mattress pad, organic mattress and rugs.

There is no smoking at Topia Inn. Any guest who does not respect this policy will be asked to leave without refund of room charge and will be charged for any damages that result. For safety reasons, we do not allow candles, incense or any other kind of open flame in the rooms. If you need more ambiance, please ask about our LED candles.

To prevent pesticide residue and other pullutants from being tracked in from the outside, we ask our guests to remove their shoes at the door or cover them with booties we provide. Hemp slippers and organic cotton socks are available at a discount from our green store.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, please give us seven (7) or more days notice. If we receive less than seven days notice, and we manage to rebook the room, we will refund the room charge. If we do not manage to rebook the room, guest is responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the total stay or one (1) night, whichever is greater. In the case of a nonrefundable charge, we will offer you a gift certificate toward a future stay.

Rescheduling requires seven (7) or more days notice.

No shows are billed at full room rate.

Check In/Out and Breakfast Times

2:30p-6:30p ~ check in
11:30a ~ check out

8:30 to 10a ~ breakfast

Guests may arrive anytime between 2:30p and 6:30p. Please plan a full five minutes for an orientation to the room and the Inn. Call us in advance to arrange for late check in if necessary. We may be able to offer early check in, so call us if this is something that would be helpful. Check out time is 11a. We will offer any flexibility we have regarding late check out, but do need to have this arranged in advance to avoid a late checkout fee of $25/hr.

Breakfast is served from 8:30a to 10a. Please let us know your preferred time when you make the reservation or upon check in. We can accommodate guests with a continental breakfast at other times.

Pets

No pets
As much as we love dogs, cats and other pets, too many of our guests and staff have allergies that are adversely affected, so we cannot accommodate pets at the Inn. There is an excellent pet boarding spa nearby, however, so you may still be able to travel with your pet if you can lodge separately.

Occupancy

Double occupancy
$25 extra for third/includes breakfast

Room rates are calculated on double occupancy. An additional person in a room will be charged $25 per night and will receive breakfast in the morning.
